It’s quite hotel.

The small pool at balcony of the room was really dirty. And the bathroom there are water leak at the sink.

Great location resort needs a complete remodel

The location is amazing the view you have for breakfast amazing.

Pretty run down definitely not as in the photos. Wood is coming apart. Typical resort that warm well but none of the money are used for upgrades and renovations. Really sad to see because the possibility are endless with its location. The accommodation around had bars open and restaurants and fire shows while this one didn’t have anything. Little bit bland sadly.

Pleasant stay. Lovely staff. Could’ve had cleaners everyday and food could’ve been better

I loved the location. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cleaning was not done in the 3 nights I stayed with my friend. The room size was nice but was upgraded through booking.com Only thing would be the cleaning. It wasn’t the end of the world but had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

Beautiful beach

The hotel is located on a very beautiful stretch of Long Beach on Koh Phi Phi. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beautiful beach. You also have this beautiful view during breakfast. The staff is extremely hospitable and willing to help.

The hygiene is really below par. Our bedding had old blood on it and our coffee bowls had mold on them. What was also disappointing is that you can actually only eat at the surrounding restaurants. But we should have found this out better in advance. If the hotel were cleaned better and you could use the boats several times for free, it would improve the price-quality ratio in my opinion.

We had a pleasant stay but the condition of the room and the resort was disappointing.

Situated on a lovely beach with magnificent view of Phi Phi Lei Island.

It was very dilapidated and run down. Seriously needs refurbishing.

great experience, great location, great long beach, great nature. we ordered a tour to koh phi phi ley for 3 hours 1500

the location, it was magnificent. also the staff - everything we asked for was provided almost immediately:)

the room is old. the shower is rusty and not good. we had bedsheets and blankets with big dirty stains - as we asked it was replaced.

Good enough, but overpriced compared to 'The Beach' resort next door

Great location right on the beach, easy swimming distance from Shark Point. Room had private jacuzzi out front, perfect for relaxing and viewing sunset. Room was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. We were probably the first guests for quite a while, and the limited staff made extra effort to get the facilities up and running for us. They deserve thanks, and good luck in recovering this business after COVID.

We were the only guests, but were initially offered a poor quality room in a poor location, though we were quickly relocated to the best room on request. Compared to all other hotels on this holiday, the hotel (particularly the original room) was way overpriced. We booked on the recommendation of a friend who stayed at 'The Beach' resort next door - so the booking of 'Long Beach Resort' was a mistake. 'The Beach' had lower prices, better facilities and a better stretch of beach. The food offered was good quality, but took a long time to prepare considering we were the only guests. The cleaning/aeration system for the main pool in front of the room was on for most of the visit, causing an unnecessary loud disturbance. Though the room looked good, it has some design problems - insufficient plug points, no bedside tables, bed inconveniently located right in the middle of the room - visually symmetrical, but totally impractical.

The beach is stunning, crystal water and soft sand. I would book this hotel only for the beach. Free pick-up from the pier. You can reach the city by walk, 30mins.

Not enough beach chairs, you have to reserve it in the morning.. beach chairs and bed was very uncomfortable. Not much options for breakfast. Staff in the breakfast also do not do anything, dirty tables. Monkeys come in the evening and protest against humans by stealing the food, staff do not do anything about it.

Excellent

Lovely location right on Long Beach. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Thai food at the local restaurant is very nice and we mostly ate there.

The beds are very hard and the aircon blows directly against you while sleeping. Transport to and from Ton Sai are not the easiest as you have to get on a long tail boat directly from the beach and if you have luggage, small children or limited mobility this can be difficult, transport is also quite expensive unless you get the free boat (3 times a day, but not on the evening).

A cheerful and easy place to stay away from the party aymosphere but close enough to check it out if

I liked the beach the best. Oyr room was in close proximity to the beach and breakfast. There were nice restaurants and other facilities nearby
